Together with my Personal Assistant / husband (Paul) and my Little Boss (Gabrielle) we keep on searching and creating the perfect recipes using only high quality ingredients.

We draw inspiration from French, American and Filipino homegrown sweets and pastries.

This passion brought us on an amazing journey that has become Sweets by Tsina.
